It came perfectly sealed! I was worried from the previous reviews but looks like they solved that problem!!!

So the product came all spilled inside the plastic bag. I still gave it a try and loved how my hair tuned out. I have course, frizzy hair which is hard to keep straight during hot weather. This made my hair super shiny and healthy looking! I didn't leave it on for long because the smell made my eyes itch and my scalp tingle. I will still use it again.

I love it so far. It was easy to do. I have thick and long hair. I haven't washed it yet. I followed the instructions. In 4 days I plan to wash my hair and see if it looks any different. I will also update on how long the product last.

This product is for the hairsalon to administer. Its strong smell will probably make you faint if you try to do it at home. This is the second bottle I have purchased over 2years, I've used this product twice a year to help control my thick frizzy hair and it does the job! My hair is super straight and shiny.

I've been using this product for 2 yes now, and it does wonder for my hair and my daughters hair. The thing is that you have to know how to do it. For example, I color my hair and I have a lot of gray hairs. After I dye my hair, I use Biolage Matrix clean reset shampoo to clean my hair from the chemicals. Then I use the Boto Expert and I sit under the hair dryer for 25 minutes. I then take off 40%-50% out, then I blow dry it and use the flat iron. When I use the flat iron I pass it 4 times on one strand. Also, you have to use products that don't have alcohol and are sulfate free. Me and my daughter love it and we both have kinky hair. It's made my hair grow wonders!!! I do it every 4 months.

Don't follow the instruction on the bottle. Didn't work. I did it like a regular keratin treatment.
Wash your hair with clarifying shampoo, dry 90% it hair dryer, apply the product on your hair part by part. Leave it for 30 min. Remove exceed product from hair. Dry your hair 100%. Iron it by small part by part, my hair is thin and damaged, so I ironed them only two times each part. Wash off with warm water, apply some mask. Done. Don't forget to use any ventilation, open window or fan.

Cons: the bottle itself made of thin plastic so in transit the cap opened and some product has leaked. Im fine because this is really big bottle.

This was recommended at the salon, but I don't have $150 to do the treatment so I looked into it. Used it tonight, and this conditioner is amazing. I washed hair with clarifying shampoo. Then I put this on my hair for 30 min with a shower cap. Dried hair with hair dryer and then I used a flat iron to seal the product. My hair appears softer and time will tell if it keeps the frizz at bay, as the salon promised. Asian coarse hair was dry.

I understand why the salons charge a lot, but I am so glad I was able to get this product. The salon showed me this conditioner and very happy this is being sold here. I will leave another review in a few weeks.

I really liked this keratin. It respects the hair, doesn't discolor it, is gentle, and doesn't cause irritation. I've tried many keratin products, and this has been one of the best. It leaves the hair smooth and shiny, and the results last a long time. I totally recommend it!

I received the product in good condition. The seller did his / her best to seal the container. This is because there is no internal seal, which I found it weird.
At last I got the time to try it and I followed the instructions. Barely minimal change in the color of my hair happened (dark hair) which I am very happy. No rusty colors at all. It worked well and I am happy for the result.
Thanks to the seller and Amazon staff who did their best to deliver it safe and sound.

?Do not follow the instructions on the back of the bottle. I did the first time and my hair looked so dry and brittle afterwards. I tried again after reading some reviews. I followed one in particular (thank you to that person!). Here is what worked?.
I washed my hair with clarifying shampoo-twice. I fully dried my hair. I sectioned my hair in parts and applied the keratin with a brush applicator that I typically use for hair dye. I left it on for 50 minutes. I washed off about 70 percent (which is just a guess because I really don't know). I then dried my hair thoroughly and sectioned it again. I flat ironed on 410 degrees in small sections. I passed the flat iron through 6-8 times for each strand. This time it worked much better! I love it now! My hair is naturally curly, dry, thick and coarse. So even though it's not the shiniest, for me it's definitely a win. It makes drying easier/ faster and overall more manageable.

I like it, I have only used twice and I am happy but doesn't exceed my expectations, maybe if I use it more...

Amazing products. I have terrible frizzy hair. I am so glad I came actually this product. Easy to use. I washed my hair with shampoo then I let it air dry. Then I applied the keratin and left it on for an hour. I rinsed about 70% out of it and then I blew dry it and I used flat iron going over sections about five or six times. The first picture is my hair after I shampoo washed it. The second picture is right after the treatment and the third picture is what it looks like after washing my hair and blow drying it after the treatment. I waited 3 days between the treatment and washing my hair again.

Ok this totally works! I left it in 15 min, next time I'll go longer but my hair is definitely less frizzy and more manageable!

It i? really life changing. I have very wavy almost curly hair. I applied the product based on the instructions. Then I washed my hair immediately even though you're not supposed to wash it for at least 2 days. I ended up with very natural almost straight hair. Zero frizz. I can now wash and dry my hair without blow drying! And my hair is super soft too.
Be careful while applying the product, it is very smelly and you may want to dry your hair in open air, I dried my hair in my balcony.

This may burn you eyes.. I have 3c hair mixed with wavy and it soften my hair.
